This is a How-to and a recipe all rolled into one. Not only do you get to learn about a great recipe for a Bacon, Avocado, Lettuce and Tomato sandwich but you also learn a new way to cook up bacon known as the "stir method". Take a bunch of bacon, throw it in a pan, add heat and stir until done. You get funny shaped bacon that stacks up really nicely inside a BLT, BALT or whatever other type of sandwich you're trying to put some bacon on. Yum!
