Chocolate Covered Bacon Recipe

Ingredients:
- Fletcher's Thick Sliced Naturally Smoked Pepper Crust Bacon
- Ghirardelli Gourmet, 72% cacao, extra bittersweet baking chocolate
First you take the bacon and broil it in the oven for a nice, even crispness.
Then, carefully melt Ghirardelli gourmet, 72% cacao, extra bittersweet baking chocolate in a double-boiler.
Next dip the pepper-crusted savory goodness into the rich melted sweetness, leaving just a "handle" of uncoated bacon.
Let them cool on wax paper.
Serve at room temp.
